Myth: Eating after 8 P.M. causes weight gain
Fact: It doesn’t matter what time of day you eat. It is how much you eat during the day as a whole and how much exercise you got that will determine if you will gain or lose weight. The time of day does not matter because your body will store fat when more calories are consumed then what your body needs.
