Fiber has great benefits on the immune system but it won’t exactly keep the doctor away. What it does do is aids the digestive system and keeps things moving smooth by adding bulk to the stool which in turn helps to clean out the digestive tract. 🍎💦Apples are also about 85% water by weight, which means they can help fill you up without a lot of calories. Apples can also help with cholesterol and contain a good amount of potassium. An apple a day may not keep the doctor away, but it’s a healthy choice anyway! 👩‍⚕️👨‍⚕️
